3 Bedroom House in Old Orchard Beach

Great location!! 6 houses from the beach. Restaurants, amusement park, and the Pier are an easy walk yet far enough from the crowds and noise. We are pretty new to Homeaway/VRBO but our house has been enjoyed by famiiles for over 20 years!
Our two story home is air conditioned AC with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Over the years, we have made many updates giving our home a beachy and clean feel. We offer two separate sitting areas with flatscreen TVs and free wifi. There is an enclosed patio connected to the kitchen with additional seating. This is a great space to store your stroller and towels from the rain. A covered deck on the 2nd floor offers shade and a great view of the action on the street plus you can even see a partial view of the ocean. It’s also a great spot to play cards and watch the Thursday night fireworks! Brand new deck added to enjoy the outdoors sitting at the bar and hang your towels. Washer/dryer as well as a small fridge are available on the second floor for your use. One bedroom on the 1st floor with a queen bed. The remaining two bedrooms are upstairs, one has a queen bed and the other with a double bed and a twin over double bunk bed. The upstairs couch pulls out to sleep additional guest with a max of 10 people.
Our Prices include a professional cleaning. We do not provide LINENS or Towels, Guest must provide their own. Please reach out to us if you require help or questions about this.

Summary: The house was exactly as advertised and fully equipped. The common areas are a very comfortable size with cozy furniture and wonderful beach decor. The kitchen area is limited but even with four adults and four kids in the house it was very workable. Extremely clean and well maintained with a fantastic front closed in porch that was perfect to collect sand, shells and beach equipment. The upstairs porch was perfect for outdoor breakfasts, evening drinks and everything in between!

Summary: We stayed here for Labor Day weekend 2021, and had a fabulous time! The bunk beds were a hit for the kids and the walk to the beach was 1 block and very safe and quiet. The house was equipped with kids plates, cups, utensils, indoor toys, beach toys, and a pack n play. Having laundry was handy! And the walk to the pier with games, rides, ice cream, pizza etc was 1/2 mile, so easy for the 4 yr old to walk or ride his scooter and easy for the 2 year old in the stroller. The beach was perfect, nice sand, not too crazy waves, and easy to access. Thanks so much for a great stay!!

Summary: Wonderful place to stay. We were a group of eight friends who stayed in this home. Very clean, 3 minute walk to beautiful beach, lots of room for family and close to everything. Very well equipped with everything as noted. Hosts were great about answering questions and very helpful with restaurant suggestions, etc. Plan on returning with my own family.

Summary: Our family stayed here and everyone loved it! Ages ranged from baby to 84 years old. Grandparents enjoyed staying in the first floor bedroom with the bathroom close by. The upstairs space was perfect for our young family. We enjoyed having a separate seating area, bathroom, a washer/dryer and mini fridge close by. Quick walk to the beach and just a few minutes walk to the pier. The owners were excellent with communicating and answering any questions. We felt welcomed and at home. Looking forward to staying again in the future!
